We are open 10 am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday, selling from a bricks and mortar shop as well as online. Our small team may not be able to reply
immediately, so please bear with us if necessary.
General
We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute, or remove any information on this website at any time without prior notice.
When you place an order through our website, you are confirming that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at
least 16 years old.
After placing an order, you will receive online confirmation that we have received your order and payment. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
The contract between us will only be formed when you receive the products. Contract terms and conditions are concluded in English.

Products & Stock
Online product images are for illustrative purposes only; due to limitations in colour depiction or the handmade nature of many items, they may vary slightly from those shown or described. Small variations or imperfections can be part of their original or unique nature. If you need further information
before purchase, contact us by email.
All items are subject to availability. While we strive to maintain sufficient stock of all items, we cannot always guarantee availability. We will inform you as
soon as possible if any products in your order become unavailable and offer alternative options. Where alternatives are not possible, delivery may be
delayed until new stock is available, or a refund processed.
Payments
We accept online payment via major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Cheques can be posted to: Alchemist Gallery, 48 High Street, Dingwall, Ross-shire IV15 9HL. Orders paid for by cheque will only be processed once cheque
has been received, banked and cleared.
Cash payments can be made when goods are collected from Alchemist Gallery, 48 High Street, Dingwall, Ross-shire IV15 9HL. Orders paid for by cash
can only be processed at point of collection. Goods will not be held awaiting cash payment for longer than 2 working days. We may limit the amount of
cash accepted.
All prices include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice.
The total cost of your order (including delivery charges) will be displayed during checkout and on your order confirmation. The price shown in pounds
sterling (GBP) is the amount you will pay.
Ownership of goods offered for sale remain the property of Alchemist Gallery or their suppliers until payment is received in full.
Delivery
The price of our goods is as stated on the website, with additional delivery costs shown and added at checkout, depending on product size, weight,
value and chosen delivery location.
These prices are for customers ordering from the UK, and delivery within the UK only. If ordering for orders to be delivered out with the UK, please
email us for details of additional delivery charges and delivery times.
Where a purchaser opts to collect items purchased online directly from 48 High Street, Dingwall, no delivery charges are applied at checkout.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that a correct and valid delivery address is entered. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee if
an incorrect address is supplied and the goods are returned or have to be re-sent.
Goods will not be dispatched until cleared funds are received.
Products will be delivered by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or other listed carriers.
All goods supplied out with the UK require a customs declaration. VAT at the UK rate is included, where appropriate, in your total invoice. All international
packages are accurately described, with costs, on the customs declaration document. Additional charges for customs clearance and import duties must be
borne by the buyer as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Since customs policies vary from country to country
you may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.
Your order will be dispatched within a reasonable time of the date of order as indicated on the online shop information unless there are exceptional
circumstances that do not permit this. Delivery may take 7 to 14 days, although goods are usually dispatched within 48 hours.
Breakage Claims, Incorrect Orders, and Goods Not Received
If goods supplied are damaged or incorrect, you must notify us by 4:00 pm on the day after delivery. Retain all original delivery packaging and damaged
items until the issue is reported and a resolution is agreed upon. You may sign for a delivery as "damaged" if the box arrives in poor condition or refuse
the order, which will then be returned to us. In both cases, you must still inform us by 4:00 pm the next working day.
If goods sent with a tracked delivery option are not received within 7 working days of the order/invoice date, please notify us immediately.
Notifications of breakage, incorrect orders, or non-delivery must be made by email (hello@alchemistgallery.co.uk) and specify if you prefer replacements or
a refund. Proof of purchase is required.
Once these conditions are met, our obligation is to arrange for replacement of undelivered or damaged goods. Refunds will be provided at our discretion.
Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Please notify us via email (hello@alchemistgallery.co.uk). After notification of cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods in their unused, original condition. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of
goods while they are in your possession. If the entire order is returned, we will also refund the inital outbound shipping charges. If the entire order is returned, we will also refund the initial outbound shipping charges. You are responsible for any postage costs incurred when returning goods to us. A refund
will only be issued after the returned items have been inspected and confirmed to be in perfect, unused condition.
Certain items are exempt from being returned: gift vouchers, earrings due to hygiene reasons, goods that have been made to your specification or are clearly
personalised, and any items reduced in a sale.

Returns must be delivered to this address only. Ensure adequate postage and tracking is paid and use suitable packaging. If we deem the packaging
unsuitable, and as such resulted in damage to goods or extra charges, we may refuse a refund.
Refunds
If a refund is to be issued accordance with above, we will refund the amounts owed as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days following refund
being agreed. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used for the original transaction.
Privacy Policy
Your payment information is not held by us, and your address details are held only for the purposes of delivery. We will not trade, resell, sell, or
redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.
Promotions & Discounts
Any promotions and discounts are offered subject to the details and validity periods stated in the individual offer, including being for single-use, limited
to one per customer/email address, and not combinable.
Force majeure
We reserve the right to defer the date of delivery or to cancel a contract for all circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to any
strike, lockout, disorder, fire, explosion, accident or stoppage affecting our business or work which prevents or hinders the delivery of the goods.
Liability
Alchemist Gallery will not be liable for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, or consequential) resulting from failure to follow product safety instructions or
from misuse of supplied products.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
