Buy Online, Pick Up in Dingwall
We‘ll keep your order until you are able to come get it, to save you delivery costs.
Our opening hours are Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 5pm.
You can purchase your items online and pick them up from our shop at 48 High Street, Dingwall IV15 9HL the same day, or next time you are in town. If needed same day, please bear in mind we may be serving in the shop when you place your order online, so please allow us time to get it ready for you. Ordering online and picking up saves delivery costs and time. Dingwall has a good range of other shops and services while you are in town. Your order will be held in store for up to 3 weeks. We will be in touch if we think you've forgotten about it!

Our store was a built as a pharmacy in the 1840's. Now lovingly restored by us, with many original features on show, it's a lovely place to visit and browse our beautiful, curated collections.

Payment Information
We accept all major credit and debit cards (both domestic and international), including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club International, China UnionPay and Google or Apple Pay.
Alchemist Gallery gift cards purchased online can be used until fully redeemed; enter the unique gift card code at checkout.
You can also pay cash when picking up in store, or by valid gift card.
Orders paid for by cheque can only be processed once the cheque has been received, banked and cleared.
Delivery
There is no minimum order, or click and collect charges.
We deliver to all corners of the UK, including the Highlands and Islands*.
We aim to pack orders for despatch within two working days of being placed. If your order is urgent, do let us know, and we will get it ready for collection, or sprint up the street to our local Post Office just as fast as we can!
You are able to make delivery choices at checkout. We offer the option of pick up in store, or tracked and insured delivery by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. If another option is necessary or better, we will be in touch.
*Letters, small and medium sized parcels can be sent for the same price UK wide, including anywhere in the Highlands and Islands. There is no Highland or Island surcharge applied for sending larger parcels from the our shop in the Highlands to anywhere in the UK except to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or Isles of Scilly.
In the real world, there is no such thing as "free delivery"; people need to be paid. We try to keep our delivery charges as fair as possible by basing them on current postage rates for actual pack weight and size. If there is a discrepancy over £1.50 between charged for and actual postage, we will refund the difference.
We re-use packaging rather than charge for it, but can gift wrap what is inside if needed, and write the card too, in our very best handwriting of course.
If you require anything shipped outside the UK, please email us to enquire. Delivery charges outwith the UK do not include customs duty, local taxes or handling charges.

We are open 10 am to 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday, selling from a bricks and mortar shop as well as online.
Our small team may not be able to reply immediately, so please bear with us if necessary.
Products & Stock
Online product images are for illustrative purposes only; due to limitations in colour depiction or the handmade nature of many items, they may vary slightly from those shown or described.
Small variations or imperfections can be part of their original or unique nature. If you need further information before purchase, contact us by email.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if any products in your order become unavailable and offer alternative options.
Gift Cards
When a gift card is purchased online, recipients receive an email containing:
unique gift card code, barcode and current balance.
Gift cards can be used in store or online, over multiple orders until fully redeemed. The remaining balance will be visible. Where an order total exceeds gift card amount, another payment method will be needed to pay the balance.
It is only possible to use one gift card per order online. If you have more than one card you want to use at the same time, please present these in-store, or email us for further help.
