Neocolour II - Single Water Soluble Wax Pastels

Neocolour II Aquarelle are highly pigmented and come in a range of vivid colours. They can be used to create a range of effects such as a soft texture when dry and watercolour like washes when used with water. Similar to other Caran d'Ache products these are very efficient due to their good coverage and strong colour payoff combined with an excellent level of lightfastness.
